Services

Welcome, I’m glad you’re here.

My name is Lily.  I specialize in working with adolescent girls and women.  My approach to therapy is collaborative.  I view us as a team, working together to get you from where you are today to where you want to be.

As a therapist, I use a variety of clinical approaches in my work including interpersonal, cognitive-behavioral, and mindfulness-based therapies.  I work from a person-centered, trauma-informed, anti-oppression framework.  Additionally, I have advanced training in maternal mental health and perinatal mood and anxiety disorders. I believe counseling sessions should be tailored to fit your individual wants and needs. My goal is to empower you to become your authentic self. I am a LGBTQIA-affirming and sex-positive therapist.

Each insurance plan varies from one employer/person to the next, so even though you may have a popular insurance carrier, your individual plan can have different levels of coverage and/or co-pays. The easiest way to find out about your coverage is to call your insurance company’s behavioral health phone number. This can usually be found on the back of your insurance card labeled “Behavioral health” or “Mental Health” phone number.
