About Me
Hi, I’m Lily. I am a licensed social worker. I received both my Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in social work from the University of Pittsburgh where I specialized in mental health. I have advanced training in maternal mental health and perinatal mood and anxiety disorders.
Before working in private practice, I worked for several local non-profits helping survivors of sexual violence, individuals touched by cancer, and women and children experiencing intimate partner violence. I also worked in a college counseling center helping students navigate a range of concerns including acute stress, depression, anxiety disorders, relationship concerns, and life transitions.
I am a LGBTQIA-affirming and sex-positive therapist. I am passionate about the work I do and try really hard to cultivate a welcoming space for people of all backgrounds.
I am a ESFJ. I enjoy connecting with nature by gardening and hiking, making poor attempts at yoga poses, passing time on TikTok, rewatching the office, and spending time with loved ones.
